Product Features
1.Strong Processing Adaptability: Boasts excellent lamination performance, enabling easy compounding with other materials. It can be precisely die-cut and formed to meet card manufacturing process requirements.
2. Superior Printing Compatibility: After corona treatment on the surface, it exhibits strong adhesion, compatible with screen printing, thermal transfer, and other processes to achieve high-precision printing.
3. Stable Physical Properties: Vicat softening point ranges from 72–85℃, with a tensile strength of ≥38MPa. It is wear-resistant and bending-resistant, capable of withstanding daily wear and tear to ensure the service life of the card.
4. High Light Transmittance: Light transmittance is ≥90%, allowing clear visibility of the chip or patterns embedded in the card, which meets the requirements for smart cards with transparent windows.
5. Excellent Chemical Stability: Non-toxic and odorless, with strong chemical stability and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. It can effectively protect internal electronic components and complies with UL, RoHS, REACH, and GRS certifications.
