Product Features

1. High Adhesive Strength: Exhibits strong adhesion to PVC card substrates/inlay. The 90° peel strength of the magnetic card ink printing layer is ≥6N/cm, ensuring firm bonding without delamination.

2. Strong Physical Stability: Boasts excellent resistance to damp-heat aging, high tensile strength, and good post-forming dimensional stability.

3. Superior Protective Performance: Prevents printed patterns from being scratched after lamination, extending the service life of the card.

4. Flexible Processing Adaptability: The thickness can be selected within the range of 0.04mm～0.15mm, and specifications can be customized according to customer requirements. It is compatible with various card-making processes such as lamination at 120℃-150℃, featuring strong compatibility.

Product Storage

2. Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life is one year (subject to the manufacturer's instructions).

3. When in use, follow the principle of taking only what is needed for use. Any remaining product should be sealed and stored promptly, and the opened product should be used up as soon as possible.
