Tao Jing（Mary）'s actions are suspected of involving illegal and criminal conduct. The Shenzhen Public Security Bureau formally initiated an investigation in April 2024 and, on July 3, 2024, executed an arrest warrant against Tao Jing（Mary）. The case is currently being handled by the competent judicial authorities in accordance with the law. Our company will actively cooperate with the investigation and will take all necessary measures to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company and its clients.

We hereby solemnly remind you that, from the date of this statement, any personal actions taken by Tao Jing（Mary） in any capacity, including but not limited to engaging in trade, negotiating cooperation, signing contracts, or accepting payments, shall be deemed her personal acts and shall have no legal or commercial connection whatsoever to Shenzhen Ketian Trading Co., Ltd. Our company shall not assume any legal, financial, or other liability arising from such acts.
